Korty Reserve Service Agreement — please read before booking. Questions? Contact us at laura@kortyreserve.com.
U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States are required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months past the return date.
Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo ID, and travel document information must match your tickets exactly.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have all proper documents for entry and that no legal issues prohibit them from entering certain countries. Immunizations may also be required for certain destinations.
Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines.
If you are a citizen of another country, additional requirements may apply. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of your destination for entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.
New federal regulations require REAL ID-verified documents for domestic air travel. Please visit www.dhs.gov/real-id to ensure your state identification is valid.
All guests are responsible for obtaining proper travel documentation, including any required visas.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure they are not inadmissible to any country they are visiting due to past or present legal decisions or convictions. This includes but is not limited to: past due child support, sex offender registry, DUI, and felony convictions.
Some countries may deny entry for any reason they deem inadmissible. For example, a past DUI may render a client inadmissible to Canada.

Passports are highly recommended for all cruises. U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (departing and returning to the same U.S. port within the Western Hemisphere) may present a government-issued photo ID along with proof of citizenship. However, certain cruise lines always require a passport — your advisor will confirm requirements for your specific sailing.
Passports are required to fly to or from a foreign country. We strongly recommend all guests travel with a valid passport. This allows you to fly to meet your ship if you miss embarkation and to return independently if you must disembark early.
The above statements are informational only and are not intended as legal advice.
Unless notified otherwise, Korty Reserve will assume all travel arrangements to and from your cruise or tour are being handled independently by the client. Korty Reserve assumes no responsibility beyond arranging the cruise or tour portion of your trip.
Seat assignments are requested based on best availability at the time of reservation. Not all air segments allow advance seat assignment — some can only be reserved at airport check-in or purchased directly from the airline. Assigned seats are not guaranteed and may be changed for reasons beyond our control.
Many flights purchased at discounted rates through our suppliers cannot be upgraded using points and may accumulate reduced frequent flyer miles. We are unable to reserve frequent flyer mile tickets.
Independent air booking fees are $97 per person per flight segment. This fee does not apply when booking within a package or using cruise line air programs.
All airline reservations are non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the reservation.
Credit or debit cards are the preferred method of payment for all vacation bookings. Personal checks are not accepted.
If paying by money order or cashier's check, your due date will be an additional ten days in advance of the date shown on your invoice. Regardless of stated due dates, checks must be received a minimum of 75 days before departure.
Korty Reserve utilizes an automated process for monitoring cruise price reductions. We cannot guarantee that all price reductions will be identified through this process.
Certain rate codes and exclusive offers from cruise lines do not allow price reductions. Travel insurance pricing will not be reduced and will be based on the original value at the time of booking.
Many cruise lines do not allow price reductions after final payment. In those cases, we will make our best efforts to secure upgrades if higher meta-categories are priced below the current amount paid. Upgrades are at the discretion of the cruise line.
Some non-refundable rates do not allow for any price reductions or upgrades. Price reductions will only be processed if the savings exceed $50 per person. Price reductions may incur a processing fee of up to $25 per person.
Please note that weather, river levels, mechanical, or other issues may change your itinerary. An ocean cruise may divert to avoid severe weather. A river cruise may need to substitute motorcoach travel if water levels prevent navigation.
These changes may be made at the last minute by the cruise line and are beyond our control. The supplier may or may not offer compensation for the change — any compensation is at the sole discretion of the cruise line.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By traveling to any destination, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Each state or country has its own set of regulations for incoming travelers. Entry requirements, testing protocols, and quarantine requirements are ever-changing. It is the client's sole responsibility to remain current on all regulations applicable to their itinerary.
Should you test positive or present any symptoms, a country or state may deny entry or require quarantine at your own cost.
