What does working with you cost?+
Rather than a one-size-fits-all fee, we offer a customized Travel Design & Concierge Service tailored to your unique travel goals. Your service investment is determined after your discovery consultation and always reviewed before planning begins.
Do you only book expensive trips?+
No. Every traveler has a different vision and a different investment level. Whether you're planning a refined weekend escape or an around-the-world journey, my role is to design an experience that feels worth every dollar you choose to invest. Real luxury isn't simply spending more — it's knowing your time, money, and experience have been thoughtfully curated to exceed what you expected.
How far in advance should we plan?+
For most journeys — river, ocean, expedition, safari — six to twelve months out is ideal. It is not required. Shorter timelines are workable; I will tell you honestly what is still on the table.
Do you work with clients outside your area?+
Yes. My clients are spread across the country. Every part of the planning process works remotely — by phone, by email, and by the occasional in-person visit if that is what a specific trip calls for.
Can you plan for a group?+
Yes. Group and multigenerational travel is one of the six categories I plan in — from immediate family reunions to extended-family cruises and coordinated multi-household itineraries.
